Join the Living Well Collective

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of Living Well Collective.

Living Well Collective is an online wellbeing membership launching on 1 January 2027. Our mission is to bring together trusted professionals across six pillars, Movement, Nutrition, Mindset & Emotional Wellbeing, Holistic Wellbeing, Women's Wellbeing and Men's Wellbeing, creating one supportive space where members can access expert-led live classes, workshops, resources and community support.

We're inviting applications from passionate wellbeing professionals across all six pillars, and we'd especially love to hear from men working in men's wellbeing.

Contributors

Contributors deliver live sessions on the weekly timetable and can offer their own workshops, courses and 1-to-1 work through the platform, while keeping their own independent business. Sessions are paid per session, and you choose which slots suit you.

To join the collective you'll need to be UK based, qualified in your field with certificates we can verify, and insured for online delivery with professional indemnity and public liability of at least £1,000,000 each. Anyone delivering physical sessions also needs a current first aid certificate.

If our vision resonates with you, we'd love to learn more about you, your expertise, and how you feel you could contribute to Living Well Collective. Complete the application form below and we’ll get back to you if there is availability.

CONTRIBUTOR PRIVACY NOTICE

Living Well Collective: what we hold about you, and why

Version 1.5, 26 October 2026

Who's asking

Living Well Collective Ltd, company number 17370478, registered at Cyn Coed, Maldon Road, Latchingdon, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 6LF. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZC217617.

Everything here comes to: founder@livingwellcollective.uk

This notice is about your information as a contributor. Members have a separate one on the website.

What we hold

Because you applied: your name, business or trading name, address, phone number, email, website and social media links, how long you have been in business, and everything you wrote on the application form.

Because we have to be able to describe you accurately: your qualifications (titles, awarding bodies, certificate numbers, dates, hours) and any professional register memberships and numbers.

Because you will be working with members: your insurance details (insurer, policy number, type and limit of cover, expiry date, a copy of the certificate, and your insurer's written confirmation that online delivery is covered, both live sessions and pre-recorded content held in an on-demand library). Your first aid certificate and its expiry, if you deliver physical sessions.

Because your profile goes on the website: your photograph and your bio.

Because we are paying you: records of the sessions you deliver, your invoices, and what we paid you and when.

Later, and separately: before the first payment run we will need bank details so you can be paid. We do not collect a National Insurance number or a Unique Taxpayer Reference, because you are self-employed and you invoice us. Bank details are collected through a secure form, never by email.

Recordings. Where a session of yours is recorded, that recording is held in the members' library. How that is licensed and for how long is set out in your agreement, which you will see before you sign anything.

Your health. Some applications mention something about the applicant's own health: a diagnosis, burnout, something you have come through. That is the most protected kind of information there is. We do not need it, we will not use it for any decision, and if you would like it taken out of your record just ask and it goes.

Why we are allowed to hold it

Four reasons, and different information sits under different ones.

To do what we have agreed with you: scheduling your sessions, paying you, running the platform. This covers your contact details, session records and payment records.

Because the law requires it: company and tax law says financial records are kept for six years. And UK advertising rules mean that if we say on our website that you hold a qualification, we must be able to prove it.

Because it protects members, and you: checking that you are qualified and insured for what you are delivering. If anything ever went wrong, the first question asked would be whether we had checked.

Because you have agreed to it: your photograph, name and bio appearing on our public website. You can withdraw that at any time and we will take your profile down. Nothing else you have given us depends on it.

We do not make any decisions about you automatically. Every decision is made by a person.

Who sees it

The founder, Admin, Records and Contributor Support, and Operations and Scheduling. Community also sees your name, bio and contact details, to arrange podcast appearances.

Companies that provide the tools we run on: Google for our email and documents, our platform provider, Zoom for live sessions, Squarespace for the website, our email service, which sends your bio to the people on our waiting list, and the booking system, which takes bookings for your add-ons. They hold data on our behalf under contract and cannot use it for anything else.

Our accountant, for payment and tax records.

Our insurer, but only if a claim were ever made.

Nobody else. Your information is never sold, never shared for anyone's marketing, and never passed to another contributor.

What is public: your name, photograph, bio, discipline and pillar, on our website, visible to anyone. That is the only part the world can see, and it is the part you approve before it goes live.

Information going outside the UK

Some of the companies above are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or handled outside the UK. Where that happens it is protected by safeguards approved for that purpose under UK law.

Contributors are based in the United Kingdom and deliver to members in the United Kingdom.

How long we keep it

While you are a contributor, and then six years after your last payment. That is what company and tax law requires, and it is also how long a claim could realistically be brought, so keeping your insurance and qualification records that long protects you as much as us.

Your photograph and bio come off the website when you stop being a contributor.

If you applied and we did not take it further, we keep your application for twelve months and then delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • Show you everything we hold about you

  • Correct anything that is wrong

  • Delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it

  • Stop using it in a particular way, or pause while a dispute is sorted out

  • Send it to you in a form you can take elsewhere

  • Withdraw your agreement to your profile being on the website

Just email us. We will answer within one month, and there is no charge.

If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain directly to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113. You do not need our permission and it will not affect your place here.

Do you have to give us this?

The qualification and insurance information, yes. Not as a legal duty to us, but as a condition of being listed on the platform. Without it we cannot describe you accurately on the website or confirm you are covered to work with members. If we do not have it, your profile comes off the site and we cannot offer you paid sessions.

If this changes

We will tell you, in writing, before it takes effect.
