Version 3.2, 25 October 2026. Supersedes all previous versions.
Membership Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Welcome to Living Well Collective. These terms explain how your membership works and the agreement between you and Living Well Collective Ltd ("LWC", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17370478, whose registered office is Cyn Coed, Maldon Road, Latchingdon, Chelmsford, Essex, CM3 6LF. By joining, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
1. Your membership
Your membership gives you access to Living Well Collective's online platform — live and on-demand sessions, downloadable resources, community, podcasts and events listings across our six wellbeing pillars — as described on our membership page. Membership is for your personal, individual use only and must not be shared.
Membership is available to those aged 18 and over.
Membership is only available to people living in the United Kingdom. If we find you live outside the UK, we will end your membership and refund what you have paid for any time left.
Content and the timetable grow and evolve over time. We may add, change or remove sessions, features and contributors as the platform develops.
2. Pricing, billing & renewal
Membership is available monthly or annually, charged in advance. Your first payment is taken when you join, and on the same date each month or year after that.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Full prices are set out on our membership page.
Your membership renews automatically until you cancel. Payment is taken by our secure payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
For annual memberships, we will email you a reminder at least 14 days before each renewal.
We may change the standard membership price in future. If we do, we will give existing members at least 30 days' notice by email.
2a. The founding member rate
If you join at the founding rate, you keep that rate for as long as your membership stays active and continuous — it will not rise, even when the standard price goes up. The founding rate is available on both monthly and annual plans.
The founding rate is tied to keeping your membership going. If you cancel, or your membership lapses (for example through non-payment), you lose the founding rate permanently. If you choose to rejoin at a later date, it will be at the standard price in force at that time, not the founding rate.
A failed payment does not end your founding rate straight away. If a payment fails, it is tried again and you are emailed, and you have 7 days from the first failed attempt to put it right. If it is not put right within those 7 days, your membership lapses and the founding rate ends.
Founding places are limited to the first 200 members and are allocated in the order that paid memberships begin.
3. Cancelling & refunds
You can cancel at any time from your account. Your monthly membership then remains active until the end of the month you have already paid for, and simply does not renew after that. No further payment is taken once you cancel.
Annual memberships run for a fixed twelve-month term. If you cancel during the term, your access continues to the end of the twelve months; we do not provide part-year refunds except where required by law or where we have not delivered the service.
Leaving an annual membership early in difficult circumstances. If something serious changes for you during an annual membership, such as losing your job or a big drop in income, an illness or injury that stops you taking part, pregnancy or the birth of a child, a bereavement, or moving outside the UK, you can ask us to end your membership early. Email hello@livingwellcollective.uk and tell us briefly what has happened. You don't need to give us any details about your health, and we won't ask for evidence unless we have a good reason to. We look at every request fairly and reply within 14 days. If we agree, your membership ends at the end of that month, and we refund one twelfth of what you paid for each full month left. Ending your membership this way ends any founding rate. This is at our discretion, and it doesn't affect your legal rights.
If you are on the founding rate, please note that cancelling means you lose it (see 2a) — rejoining later would be at the standard rate.
As this is a digital service you can access straight away, by joining you agree that your access begins immediately. You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; where you have started using the service within that period, we may retain a proportionate charge for the access already provided. Founding members who cancel within the 14-day period do not lose their founding eligibility.
If your payment fails, you have 7 days from the first failed attempt to put it right. During that time the payment is tried again and you are emailed. If it is not put right within those 7 days, your membership lapses, which ends any founding rate.
4. Health & wellbeing — important
Living Well Collective provides general wellbeing content and is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Our contributors are qualified in their own fields, but nothing on the platform should be taken as personal medical, clinical or therapeutic advice. Always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new movement, nutrition or wellbeing practice, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or illness, or living with a health condition.
You take part at your own risk. You are responsible for exercising within your own limits, stopping if you feel unwell or experience pain, and adapting or skipping anything that is not suitable for you.
As part of joining, you will be asked to complete a Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer and Waiver, and to confirm that you have read our health questions and are fit to take part. These form part of your membership.
Some sessions carry a higher risk and are never on the timetable. Intensive breathwork, high intensity or maximal effort exercise, trauma-focused work, and sessions aimed at a named clinical condition or at pregnancy or postnatal recovery, are optional extras booked through our booking system. The contributor runs them and carries out their own screening and consent process before you take part. Live cold water or ice immersion and extended fasting are not offered in any form. This applies equally to members and to non-members booking an optional extra.
If you have any doubt about whether an activity is safe for you, please do not take part until you have spoken to a suitably qualified professional.
5. Using the platform — your responsibilities
To keep the Collective a safe, supportive space, you agree to:
Treat contributors and fellow members with respect at all times, in sessions and in the community.
Keep your login details private and not share your membership or content with anyone else.
Not record, copy, download (except where we provide downloads), redistribute, resell or publicly share any session or content.
Not use the platform for anything unlawful, harmful, or that disrupts other members' experience.
Contributors delivering sessions on the platform are also required to meet standards of professionalism and respectful conduct towards members. If you believe a contributor has behaved inappropriately towards you or others, you can report it in the same way as set out below, and we will look into it under our own contributor standards.
We may suspend or end a membership that breaches these terms or harms the community. Where we end your membership for this reason, your access ends on the date we tell you, and if you are on an annual plan we do not refund the unused part of the term. This is separate from, and does not affect, any other right we have, including recovering losses you have caused us. We will normally warn you and give you a chance to put things right first, except where the breach is serious enough that this is not appropriate, for example a safety risk to another member or a contributor, or conduct that could be criminal.
If you want to report abuse, harassment, or any other content or behaviour that concerns you, email us at hello@livingwellcollective.uk, or use the report option in the three-dot menu on a post or on a member's profile. We will endeavour to acknowledge your report within one working day, and will let you know once we have made a decision. While we review a report, we may temporarily hide the content concerned. Reporting something does not guarantee a particular outcome, but every report is read and a decision is made and recorded.
6. Content & intellectual property
All content on the platform — sessions, recordings, resources and materials — belongs to LWC or to the contributors who created it, and is protected by copyright. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use it for your own wellbeing only. No content may be reproduced or shared outside the platform without written permission.
7. Optional add-ons
Workshops, courses and one-to-one sessions are optional extras, booked and paid for separately from your membership. They are not included in the membership fee.
As a member, you pay less than the listed price — currently 20% less on workshops and courses, and 10% less on one-to-one sessions. These extras are also available to non-members at the full listed price.
Prices are set by the individual contributor delivering the session. Separate terms may apply to these bookings and will be shown at the point of purchase. The contributor runs these sessions and carries out their own health screening before you take part. They are not recorded.
Retreats listed on our website. Away With The Collective is a free noticeboard on our website listing retreats run independently by their own organisers. These retreats are not organised or run by LWC. You book and pay the organiser directly, under the organiser's own terms, and your agreement is with them, not with us. Each organiser's insurance is checked before a retreat is listed, but LWC does not otherwise endorse or stand behind any retreat on the noticeboard.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or uninterrupted. Sessions may occasionally be rescheduled, cancelled or replaced. We are not liable for issues caused by your own device, connection or third-party platforms.
9. Our responsibility to you
We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, LWC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, wellbeing content (see section 4). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited or excluded under law. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Your data & privacy
We handle your personal information in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights, and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies on this website. Please read both — by joining, you confirm you have.
We do not collect or store your answers to the health questions. We hold only your confirmation that you have read them and the date. Anything you tell a contributor directly about your health, at the start of a live session or otherwise, stays with that contributor and is not passed to us or held by us, unless it suggests that you or someone else may be at risk of serious harm, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will give you reasonable notice. Continuing your membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
