Founder & Pilates Instructor

I have been in the fitness industry for 25 years and have always had a strong interest in bodyweight exercise, core stability, and how the body moves. This naturally led me to discover Pilates, where I continue to learn every day about movement, alignment, and the incredible way the body works.

For me, Pilates is mindful movement — focused on precision, control, and building each exercise progressively to develop strength, flexibility, stability, and mobility.

I bring support, understanding, and encouragement to every session, creating a space where people feel confident to move, learn, and progress at their own pace.

Alignment is at the heart of my teaching, with a focus on helping prevent and supporting common aches, pains, injuries, and movement imbalances. My approach begins from the feet — our foundation — because everything above is influenced by how we move from the ground up.

As a yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, I offer movement practices designed to help people reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and create space for both strength and stillness.

I also offer sound healing experiences, retreats, and hydration-focused wellbeing coaching, with a passion for helping people feel better through simple but powerful lifestyle shifts that support overall health and wellbeing.

My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, having personally navigated chemical and surgical menopause, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, and early menopause.

I offer menopause education, group coaching, and 1:1 support, helping women better understand their bodies, manage symptoms, and feel more confident through every stage of menopause.

I’m a Registered Health & Nutrition Coach with a strong passion for helping people create sustainable lifestyle changes that support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

My approach is rooted in a whole food ethos, focusing on nutrition, healthy habits, mindset, and creating overall balance in everyday life. I am a Registered Social Worker, Accredited CBT Therapist, and EMDR Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving lasting emotional well-being. With a strong commitment to mental health, I bring extensive experience to my work, with a particular focus on women’s wellness.

My integrative therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and enriched by specialist training in Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Prolonged Grief Counselling, and attachment-informed parenting programmes. I provide a compassionate, safe, and collaborative space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, positive change.
