HEALTH AND WELLBEING DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER

Version 1.6, 26 October 2026. Living Well Collective Ltd, company number 17370478.

Everyone joining Living Well Collective agrees to this before they can get into the platform. Please read it properly.

THE WAIVER

By joining, you confirm each of the following:

I understand that Living Well Collective provides general wellbeing content, and that it is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

I understand that contributors are qualified in their own fields, and that nothing on the platform is personal medical, clinical or therapeutic advice.

I confirm I am aged 18 or over.

I take part at my own risk, and I am responsible for working within my own limits.

I will stop immediately if I feel unwell, feel pain, or become dizzy or breathless, and I will seek medical help if I need it.

I will adapt or skip anything that is not suitable for me.

I will consult my GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting anything new where that is appropriate, and particularly if I am pregnant, recovering from injury, illness or surgery, or living with a health condition.

I have read the health questions below and I am fit to take part.

I will read the suitability note on every session before I join it, and I will not take part in any session that is described as unsuitable for someone in my circumstances.

I understand that at the start of every live session the contributor will ask me to type my full name into the session chat, along with anything they should know about, such as an injury, a recent illness, pregnancy, or that I am not at my usual address, and that I will do so. Only the contributor can see the chat, and it is not kept once the session ends.

I understand that higher-risk sessions are add-ons, booked through the booking system rather than placed on the timetable, and that the contributor will ask me their own health questions before I take part.

I understand that every live session on the timetable is recorded for the members’ on-demand library, and that the host will tell me at the start. If I speak or appear on camera while the recording is running, I may be in it, so I keep anything about my own health or circumstances for the end of the session, when the recording is off. If I would rather not be in the recording, I keep my camera and microphone off. Living Well Collective encourages me to keep my camera on, so the host can see me and guide me, and if something goes wrong, can see it straight away and call for help.

I understand that Living Well Collective does not collect or store my answers to the health questions, and holds only my confirmation that I have read them and the date, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
